A1 Tax and Accounting was founded by Paul and Sheryl Selivanoff. 

Mr. Selivanoff has attended Union College, the University of Nebraska, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. 

Mr. Selivanoff begain his career as a programmer at Lincoln's Information Technology, Inc.   Mr. Selivanoff  has held numerous positions in both public and private Fortune 1000 companies, including financial analyst,  assistant controller, and vice president of finance.  He passed the CPA exam in 1989, and was the owner of a CPA firm in Texas, He continues to maintain his certificate status in the state of Texas (#52359).   He has been involved in numerous start up companies, turn arounds, mergers and acquisitions.  In addition, Mr. Selivanoff  has owned two computer consulting businesses, and for the last 10 years has served as founder and CEO of Richmond Hill Homes, Inc. of Lincoln, Nebraska.    A noted speaker, and occasional author on accounting and business issues--he is recognized as a creative problem solver who takes pleasure in helping others achieve their dreams.

Sheryl Selivanoff holds a B.S. degree in management from Union College.  She has served as office manager at Fowler Custom Homes of Lincoln, a family business, as well as at  Hallmark Builders, Inc. and Certified Financial Services.  Most recently she served as Vice President of Richmond Hill Homes where she assisted with land acquisitions and marketing.
